Director or Senior Director of Research – Immunology Drug Development
Fannin and Allterum are jointly seeking a scientifically rigorous and strategically minded Director or Senior Director of Research to lead and oversee early-stage immunology-focused therapeutic development. This individual will serve a critical leadership function across both organizations, guiding preclinical strategy and execution with the judgment and initiative expected of an emerging Chief Scientific Officer (CSO).
This role is ideal for a Ph.D. or M.D.-trained scientist with deep immunology expertise and a strong industry track record in translational drug development. The successful candidate will bring a combination of hands-on project guidance, cross-functional coordination, and strategic decision-making to advance our shared pipeline.
What does this role look like?
